At Capify Care, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, you may request a return within 14 days of delivery.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return:
- The product must be in good condition without intentional damage;
- Original packaging, accessories, and manuals must be included;
- Products showing excessive wear or missing parts may not qualify for a refund;
- Customized or special-order items are non-returnable.
How to Request a Return
Please contact our support team with:
- Your order number
- Reason for return
- Photos of the product (if applicable)
Once approved, we will provide the return address and instructions.
Refund Process
- Refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected;
- Original shipping fees are generally non-refundable unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival;
- If the product arrives defective or damaged, we will take full responsibility for replacement or refund.
